How to Use This Manual

• Grab a beer, sit on the couch and watch through the videos before attempting.

• While there is nothing overly difficult, there are a few pesky aspects which require special attention.

• This Kit has a lot of small pieces, while it may look overwhelming when you have unpacked all the pieces, categorising into colour coded piles and separating the drawer pieces will help immensely.

• One module at a time is the key to success.

Useful Information

• The materials have come straight off a machine and may have sharp edges. Please handle all parts with care. The use of gloves and sanding the edges is recommended.
• Wood is a natural product which absorbs moisture over time. Wood will warp and bow over time. To help prevent this please seal all edges. The natural effect of wood warping is exaggerated in extreme climate variations such as in a vehicle where temperatures can exceed 60 degrees.
• It is highly recommended to sand and finish all edges. Oiling can be done before or after assembly but it is recommended to sand edges piece by piece during the assembly process. We recommend using a wax/oil combination - see below
