The Setup

  1. Unpack the pallet and organise all of the parts into colour coded piles. There are 4 modules so you should have 4 piles plus your floor (which comes as a separate package) The wings of your floor will likely be packed inside of your pallet.

  2. Modules AB and E also contain drawers.

    The Floor Assembly

    1. The floor consists of 3 main pieces plus two additional thin floor strips. When installing, make sure you install one wing piece at a time.
    2. You will be inserting the strips into the pre-cut groove in the main floor pieces, similar to a large biscuit join.
    3. Apply wood glue to the strips and insert them into the pre-cut groove to join the floor pieces. Ensure the ends are properly aligned and flush.
    4. Use clamps to keep the pieces level and in place while the glue dries. If you don't have large enough clamps, tape will work to hold the pieces while it dries. Do not move the floor while the glue dries - allow at least an hour for drying.
    5. Wipe away any excess glue with a damp cloth.
    6. We will install the floor into your troopy at a later stage after the glue has had some time to dry.

Module AB - The Red Stickers (This is the more fiddly module so leave this until later)
